KEYNOTE SPEAKER: Arlene Lugo, Program Director, CT Tech Act Project
Arlene Lugo is dedicated to providing individuals with disabilities access to the assistive technology (AT) devices and services they want or need to increase independence and functioning. In her role as Program Director of the CT Tech Act Project, she is committed to increasing skills and awareness for professionals who work with people with disabilities, family members, employers and educators on how Assistive Technology, accommodations and universal design can reduce and remove barriers at school, work and in the community.
This session will focus on Using Assistive Technology to create welcoming, inclusive communities for all people with disabilities.
